Health

I think health is the most important thing for living things.
If we are in good health, we could do almost everything what we want to.
If we lose our health, the radius of action would be shrinking than be in good health.
Not to lose our health, we should do something. For example, we had better take constitutional exercises and healthy foods.
Many people think people who have only physical illness aren't health. However not only physical illness but also people who have illness with a psychic origin aren't health.
And reducing stress leads health. For me, karaoke helps reduce stress.
I want you sound in mind and body.

Overweight & Obesity in Australia

Recently we often hear the number of overweight and obese people is increasing. It is true. ABS (Australian Bureau of Statistic) showed the number of overweight and obese people was rather increasing instead the number of normal people was decreasing slightly from 1995 to 2004-5. This is causing serious health problems and may even decrease a nation’s life expectancy.
ABS showed the highest percentage of obese males’ age group was 45-54 and that of females was 55-64 in 1995 and 2004-5. The percentage of obese adults, all age groups in 2004-5 were higher than that of 1995.
Surprisingly, overweight and obese people didn’t consider they are overweight and obese. Especially males. About 60% males were overweight or obese but the people who considered themselves overweight or obese were only 30%.
It was very problem. People don’t try to build up one’s health. First overweight and obese people should know their condition. And to decrease overweight and obese people, they should do some exercises and take healthy foods.
